The Juneteenth Festival in Berkeley, extending the five-block South Berkeley Alcatraz-Adeline corridor, draws 10,000 to 25,000 people of all age groups and nationalities.

Juneteenth-in-Berkeley has become one of the most sought after events in northern California to purchase specialty ethnic items.
Vendors offer a wide variety of foods and products, including ethnic foods with special significance, such as barbecue, and food representative of our diverse community.
Berkeley Juneteenth is a committed to the well being of the community. We all want to live in healthier, safer communities, and non-profit organizations represented at the festival provide much needed information regarding available community resources.
